Looking for a fun, easy Halloween banner? It doesn’t have to be a banner – these bats and witches look great in any home that needs a bit of Halloween decor. They are a quick, simple DIY to put your home in the holiday spirit. I’ve created both an SVG and a printable file for you!
I just love Halloween. It’s the time of year to be creative, dress up, have fun and be spooky!
We host a Halloween party every year (since we’ve lived overseas for over 12 years, we’ve discovered that Americans seem to be the only ones REALLY into Halloween.)
I’ve created this Halloween banner consisting of flying bats and witches. I created an SVG file that fits on just two 12×12 sheets of cardstock so you can cut out three witches and 16 bats.
The free SVG file is Design #15 in the Free Files Folder.
All of this out of two pieces of cardstock! Awesome.
It’s strung just using a needle and thread (or you can use clear fishing line). It looks like the bats and witches are flying through the air.
If you crossed the ceiling with several lines, you’d have a lot of Halloween decorating finished in no time.
Here’s a quick video of how I strung it on the line. No holes needed!
Because not everyone has a cutting machine, I’ve also created a print and cut file.
The Halloween banner printable has two versions – one to use if you have black paper, and the other if you only have white paper.
The free printable PDF file is Design #14 in the Free Files Folder.
The original bats and witch images are by 13smok, Gordon Johnson, and OpenClipart-Vectors from Pixabay. (It’s an awesome site for free images, illustrations, and vectors.)
