Free Printable 30-day Habit Tracker

March has always been a challenging month for me.

I think it’s the combination of SADD and sad-iversaries. (Sad anniversaries.)

Personally, I have many anniversaries tied to deaths and suicides, making this time of year especially tough.

Plus, things are supposed to be getting better after SADD (the winter, the cold, and the DARKNESS)… and then March teases you with sunshine and blue skies and then kicks you in the face.

In South Dakota, we have two or three versions of “Fool’s Spring,” when the snow melts and it’s 60 to 70 degrees out…. and then the temperature drops and it snows and becomes winter again.

This is from April 15th.

That doesn’t help much with the winter blues.

This month, I wanted to try to start a few little healthy habits.

I didn’t want to wait to start on the exact 1st of the next month though; waiting would cause me to lose motivation.

So I created an undated printable that simply says “Day 1” for the start date. You can begin on any day and use the first line to mark the start date.

I also wanted it to be colorful and uplifting so I incorporated rainbow graphics.

The goal is to make some progress each day, rather than aiming for perfection. I mark the boxes based on what I accomplish daily, whether a little or a lot. By the end of 30 days, I’ll have a colorful rainbow representing my progress.

It won’t be perfect, but that’s perfectly fine. Progress is more important than perfection.

If you want to download the free printable, it’s # 145 – Monthly Habit Tracker PDF in the Free Files Folder.

The download includes two PDFs, one for 30 days and the other for 31 days, allowing you to use it in any month of the year.

I hope this free habit-tracker printable supports you in starting (and maintaining) a healthy new habit.

💜💜💜

Hi Emily. I’m not typically one for trackers or planners (even though they absolutely work when I do use them) but your design is so appealing that I’m going to try this!! Thanks for sharing another one of your awesome creations.
